Swainson Howden Akroyd (13 November 1848 – 5 December 1925) was an English cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman. He was born in Streatham, Surrey, and was educated at Radley College. Akroyd made his first-class debut for Surrey in 1869 against Oxford University at The Oval,〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=First-Class Matches played by Swainson Akroyd )〕 and was captain of Surrey in 1869 and 1870.
